Rolando ‘Rolie’ Calzadilla

That smiling face to the right is Rolando ‘Rolie’ Calzadilla, the company’s founder and qualifier. He holds State of Florida licenses as a Certified Pest Control Operator and a Certified General Contractor. His dual qualifications and interests were the foundation for creating our unique company. Rolie has over twenty years of experience in sales and problem solving in many different types of businesses — lighting, transportation, construction and pest control. His natural ability to find creative solutions to complex problems makes him the perfect fit for running our sales and field operations.

Niurka ‘Niki’ Goenaga

Niurka ‘Niki’ Goenaga has over 15 years of management and marketing experience in various industries. She has been able to meld these varied experiences – software project coordinator, computer tech support, graphics design, marketing director, nightclub management and promotion, hotel general management, college professor and high school coach – into a well-rounded background adapt to running just about any type of business. Her responsibilities at Bird and Bee Removal include the oversight of all administrative, accounting and marketing endeavors.

Mayra Cortes

Mayra is our office manager. With over 10 years experience in human resources and administration, Mayra is the person in charge of making sure we all know where we are supposed to be and what we are supposed to be doing.

Dagoberto Vidal

Dago is our principal field technician. Dago has been with the company almost from its inception and has become our bee field expert. With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and now with 5 years of experience in the field of pest control, there isn’t a bee situation he cannot control.

Cheryl Simpson

Cheryl is the “Bee Lady” as she has come to be known in the networking circles. If you’ve seen our Fire Truck at a parade or other community event involving children, you can thank her. You will as easily find Cheryl walking alongside our Fire Truck at one of these events as you are to find her knocking at your door offering our services. Her energy and passion are without equal.
